Be Cautious When Selecting Bananas

Friends, we all love bananas and we eat a lot of them, but the


bananas available in the market are forced ripe by dipping in water mixed with
 Carbide. The consumption of these bananas is 100% sure to cause Cancer
 or some other infection in the stomach.  Therefore, such type of bananas are
 to be avoided.
 
 But, how does one recognize the bananas ripened with the help of
 Carbide?  Bananas which are ripened naturally are dark yellow and there
 are small black spots here and there on the bananas and the stalks are
 black. While those which are forced ripe with Carbide are lemon yellow and
 their stalks are green and moreover they are clear yellow without any black
 spots.
 
 Now, what is Carbide and how is it harmful?  Carbide is a chemical
 which if mixed with water, emits heat and the heat emitted by a Close
 tank mixed with Carbide is even more than that emitted by a LPG Cylinder, so
 much so it can be used for Gas Cutting (which means the calorific value is so
 high that it can replace LPG gas).  In the same way, when the bunch of
 bananas are dipped in the water mixed with Carbide, the gas gets
 absorbed into the bananas and they get ripe.  However, the banana vendors are not
 that literate and so they do not know the exact proportion of Carbide to
 be used for a dozen of bananas.  As a result they end up using excess
 quantity of Carbide which gets absorbed into the bananas and ultimately enters
 our stomach.  Due to this excess use of Carbide, Tumors can be formed in
 our digestive system. So, next time you purchase bananas, make sure you select the
 naturally ripened ones.

ब्रेड के गुलाब जामुन

विधि :

पिसी हुई मिश्री में खोया, चिरौंजी और पिसी इलायची मिला दें। ब्रेड को एक प्लेट में फैलाकर दूध में भिगो दें। पांच मिनट बाद ब्रेड को निचोड़ दें ताकि दूध निकल जाएं। इसमें मैदा व सूजी मिलाएं। मिश्रण ज्यादा सख्त नही होना चाहिए।

मिश्रण की छोटी-छोटी गोलियां बनाएं। प्रत्येक गोली में बीच में मिश्री वाला मसाला भर कर बंद कर दें। चीनी और पानी की एक तार की चाशनी बनाकर अलग रख लें।

अब गर्म तेल में मध्यम आंच पर सुनहरे भूरे होने तक गोलियां तले और इन्हें गर्म चाशनी में डाल दें। 2-3 घंटे चाशनी में गोलियां भीगने दें। तैयार हैं गुलाब जामुन। इन पर पिस्ते की कतरन छिड़क कर सर्व करें।

 

सामग्री :

6 ब्रेड स्लाइस, 1 टी स्पून मैदा, 1 टी स्पून बारीक सूजी, 3 टे.स्पून दूध, 1/2 टी स्पून इलायची पाउडर, 1 टे.स्पून, पिसी मिश्री,1 टे.स्पून हल्का भुना हुआ खोया, 1 टी स्पून चिरौंजी, 1 टी स्पून बारीक कटा पिस्ता, तलने के लिए रिफाइंड ऑयल।

Ingredients:
1) 1 cup white urad dal
2) 25 gm Khas Khas
3) Milk-1 cup
4) Water 1 Cup
5) Khoya 100 mg
6) Sugar 100 gm
7) Almonds - 20 nos
8) Cashew nuts - 20 nos
9) Cardamom - 7 nos
10) Ghee 3 table spoons

METHOD:
Soak urad dal in water for 2-3 hours. Soak overnight khas khas in the milk. Prepare a fine paste of the soaked dal and keep it aside. Now take ghee in a fry pan and heat it. Add the paste of urad dal to the ghee and roast it on a medium to high flame. Take care that the mixture does not stick along the pan. Roast the above mixture until it is golden and the ghee is released by the dal mixture.
Boil water in an another pan and add sugar to it. Now add the milk with khas khas to this syrup and cook it till it boils. Add this syrup to the mixture and heat it at a high flame with constant stirring. Stir the mixture till all the water evaporates and the halwa becomes smooth. Now add khoya to the hot mixture and stir the halwa till everything mixes properly.
Garnish the halwa with dry fruits and cardamom.

BADAM SHORBA - ROYAL HYDERABADI COOKING
Rich soup with creaminess of almonds
Preparation Time : 15-20 minutes
Cooking Time : 20-25 minutes
Servings : 4

INGREDIENTS

Almonds
175
Butter
2 teaspoons
Refined flour (maida)
1 1/4 teaspoons
Milk
1 cup
Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
Salt
to taste
White pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon
Cream
1/4 tablespoons

METHOD
Soak the almonds in hot water for a few minutes. Drain and peel. Slice ten to twelve for garnish and grind the rest to a smooth paste.Melt butter in a pan and add refined flour. Sauté for one minute and then gradually add milk stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add sugar, salt and white pepper powder and cook, stirring continuously, till it comes to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add almond paste and two cups of hot water and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally, till the soup thickens. Toast the sliced almonds. Sprinkle toasted almonds and drizzle cream just before serving. Serve piping hot.
