            Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Ministerof State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Minority Affairs and Ministerof State in the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, made a Statement in theHouse today (17-03-2017) that the Government Business during the weekcommencing Monday,                           the 20thMarch, 2017 would consist of :-

 

  1. Consideration of any item of Government Businesscarried over from today’s Order Paper consisting of:-

    1. Further General Discussion on the Union Budget,2017-18.

    2. Discussion on Working of the following Ministries:-

  1. Railways.

  2. Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.

  3. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

  1. Discussion on the Working of the Ministry ofInformation and Broadcasting.

  2. Consideration and agreeing to the amendmentsmade by Lok Sabha in the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Bill, 2016, as passed byLok Sabha.

  3. Consideration and return of the AppropriationBills relating to following Demands for Grants, after they are passed by LokSabha:-

  1. Supplementary Demands for Grants (General) for2016-17.

  2. Demands for Grants for 2017-18.

  3. Supplementary Demands for Grants (Railways) for2016-17.

  4. Demands for Excess Grants (Railways) for 2013-14.

     

  1. Consideration and return of the Finance Bill,2017, after it is passed by Lok Sabha.

  2. Consideration and passing of the HumanImmunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Prevention andControl) Bill, 2014.

  3. Consideration and passing of the followingBills, as passed by Lok Sabha:-

  1. The Factories (Amendment) Bill, 2016.

  2. The Admiralty (Jurisdiction and Settlement ofMaritime Claims) Bill, 2016.
