The Deputy Chairman made the following announcement in the House today(10-3-2017):—

                "I have to inform Membersthat the Business Advisory Committee in its meeting held on the 9thof March, 2017, has allotted time for Government Legislative and OtherBusiness, as follows:—

Statutory Resolution seeking disapproval of the Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Fifth Ordinance, 2016 (No. 8 of 2016) promulgated by President on the 22nd of December, 2016 admitted in the names of Dr. T. Subbarami Reddy and Shri Husain Dalwai.

2.

Consideration and passing of the Enemy Property (Amendment and Validation) Bill, 2016, as passed by Lok Sabha and as reported by the Select Committee of the Rajya Sabha – to replace an Ordinance.

3.

Consideration and passing of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (Prevention and Control) Bill, 2014.

Two Hours

4.

Further consideration and passing of the Whistle Blowers Protection (Amendment) Bill, 2015, as passed by Lok Sabha.

5.

Consideration and passing of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill, 2013, as passed by Lok Sabha and as reported by the Select Committee of Rajya Sabha.
