Further consideration of the Bill continued on 7rd December, 2015 but discussion on the Bill was deferred. Thereafter, on a motion moved by the Minister on                     11th December, 2015, the Bill was referred to a Select Committee of Rajya Sabha.

The Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Bill, 2015
