(1)       S.O. 2077 (E) dated the 7th December, 2006, regarding rate of fee to be recovered from the users of four-laned stretch from km.317.00 to km.319.00, VRM bypass taking off from km.319.00 and ending at km.21.00 (with a length of 30.00 km) and km.21.00 to km.65.00 of National Highway No.2 in States of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

 

(2)       S.O. 2103 (E) dated the 15th December, 2006, regarding competent authority for acquisition of land for the purpose of builiding, maintenance, management and operation of toll plaza of National Highway No.2 from km.110.000 to km.111.000 in Rohtas (Sasaram) District in Bihar.

 

(3)       S.O.  2139 (E) dated the 22nd  December, 2006, regarding acquisition of land with or without structure falling within National Highway No.33 from km.130 to km.131 (Ranchi-Jamshedpur Section) in Ranchi District in Jharkhand.

 

(4)       S.O.  2152 (E) dated the 26th December, 2006, regarding acquisition of land with or without structure of National Highway No.57 from km.0.000 to km.310.000 (Muzaffarpur - Purnea Section) in Muzaffarpur District in Bihar.

 

(5)    S.O. 161 (E) dated the 8th February, 2007, regarding acquisition of land with or without structure from Km. 0.000 to Km. 13.035 (Sonepat Section) of National Highway No. NE.II in Sonepat District in Haryana.

 

(6)       S.O.  285 (E) dated the 26th February, 2007, amending S.O. 44 (E) dated the 3rd January, 2006, substituting certain entries in the original Notification.

 

(7)    S.O. 386 (E) dated the 16th March, 2007, regarding acquisition of land with or without structure from Km.62.960 to Km. 66.500 (Zirakpur-Parwanoo Section Including Pinjore-Kalka-Parwanoo Bypass) of National Highway No. 22  in Solan  District, in Himachal Pradesh.

 

(8)       S.O. 387 (E) dated the 16th March, 2007, amending S.O. 840 (E) dated the 1st June, 2006, substituting certain entries in the original Notification.

 

(9)       S.O. 429 (E) dated the 23rd March, 2007, amending S.O. 556 (E) dated the 7th June, 2000, substituting certain entries in the original Notification.
