MUNIAPPA: Sir, I lay on the Table, a copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following Notifications of the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways), under section 10 of the National Highways Act, 1956, together with delay statement:

 

 

(1)   S.O.2015 (E) dated the 24th November, 2006, regarding acquisition of land with or without structure, from Km.90.220 to Km. 131.000 (Meerut-Muzaffarnagar Section) on the National Highway No. 58, in Muzaffarnagar District, Uttar Pradesh.

 

(2)   S.O.2049 (E) dated the 30th November, 2006, regarding acquisition of land with or without structure, from Km.0.000 to Km. 131.700 (Jhansi-Lalitpur Section) on the National Highway No. 26, in Lalitpur District, Uttar Pradesh.

 

 

(3)   S.O.2050 (E) dated the 30th November, 2006, regarding acquisition of land with or without structure, from Km. 33.100 to Km. 57.852 (Ghaziabad Section) on the National Highway No. NE II in Ghaziabad  District, Uttar Pradesh.

 

 

(4)   S.O.2096 (E) dated the 13th December, 2006, regarding acquisition of land with or without structure, from Km. 251.000 to Km. 279.800  (Gorakhpur Bypass Section including Rapti Bridge) on the National Highway No. 28 in Gorakhpur District, Uttar Pradesh.
