SHRI MANOHAR JOSHI: Sir, about a month back, when this issue was discussed in this House, I said, "it is necessary that we must pay our attention on this serious issue". Today being 13th December, this issue is being raised. I want everybody to seriously listen to me. I also want the Government to be very serious on this issue. Sir, the issue is important because the Parliament was attacked, this supreme body was attacked. We must be thankful to those who sacrificed their lives in order to save the lives of parliamentarians and a number of staff members. Sir, it is a natural expectation that those who indulge in such type of terrorist activities should be punished severely. Unfortunately,
